All students interested in the Early Learning Center must complete
a screening prior to enrollment. Contact our ELC office for information.
Parents will need to provide the following items for enrollment: Immunization record of student
Birth Certificate of student
Social Security Number of student
Picture ID of parent/guardian
Proof of residency (phone bill, utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
